Parker is a graduate of the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Science – General Management and a Master of Business Administration – Finance, a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. He was approved by University of Phoenix to teach Business Finance courses and attended American Institute of Banking, Advanced Banking Studies.

His professional career covers financial officer positions with Occidental Petroleum Corporation and Republic Corporation, commercial banking with a major commercial bank, Administrative Assistant to the President of a Walt Disney Company subsidiary, Founder of his own leasing company and years as a financial consultant. His experience also lies in areas of equipment lease and equipment finance, customized financial solutions, due diligence in review and preview of loan structure and negotiating with lenders.

Notwithstanding the satisfaction of negotiating and funding multimillion dollar finances, his services and company offers assistance with the challenges facing business men and women dealing with the day to day activities of running their business. Lacking the cash flow to have a Chief Financial Officer, attorney, or accountant on staff, they lack the time and resources to do the housekeeping necessary when requesting financing, providing a business plan, having the correct name on the correct form, and a multitude of other business requirements.
